1級、2級=優質食物,鼓勵優先食用。

3級、4級、5級=可疑食物,好壞因人而異。

6級、7級=毒性食物,禁止食用。

【飲品】

1級:防彈咖啡牌升級版咖啡豆熬煮的咖啡、高品質綠茶、稀釋的椰奶、礦泉水+檸檬/萊姆、玻璃裝礦泉水。

2級:過濾水、過濾水+檸檬/萊姆、綠茶、新鮮椰子水。

3級:自來水+檸檬/萊姆、水+碎水果、無甜味新鮮冷泡茶、新鮮堅果奶。

4級:紅茶菌發酵飲料、生乳、無糖瓶裝冰茶、瓶裝或盒裝椰子水、瓶裝堅果奶。

1級:防彈咖啡牌升級版8碳脂肪酸、防彈咖啡牌升級版中鏈脂肪酸、防彈咖啡牌酥油、放養雞的蛋黃、磷蝦油、草飼紅肉脂肪與骨髓、椰子油、葵花卵磷脂、酪梨油、巧克力與可可奶油。

2級:草飼奶油、魚油。

4級:真空低溫烹調、克羅克電鍋。

5級:上火燒烤、串燒。

6級:炒。

7級:燒焦、油炸、微波爐處理。
